Result of the call for grants to attend the 2020 ACerS Winter Workshop

There were 57 candidates from 21 countries and 16 grants were allowed.

In the framework of the ECerS International Ceramist Student Exchange Program ECerS launched a call in August 2019 to allow a grant to young researchers to attend the Winter Workshop organised by ACerS in January 2020 in Daytona Beach. 

At the deadline of 13th September, we received 57 applications from 21 countries. The jury decided to allow 16 grants of 1200 € instead of 15 to the following candidates:

  • David Menne - Germany
  • Nick Goossens - Belgium
  • Nikhil Kumar Kamboj - Estonia
  • Stefan Pfeiffer  - Switzerland
  • Simone Failla  - Italy
  • Soukaina Lamnini  -  Hungary
  • Paulina Zubrzycka  - Switzerland
  • Nicolas Somers  - France

2026 ECerS International Ceramist Student Exchange Program – 1st call!

In the frame of the 2026 ECerS International Student exchange program, ECerS is opening a call to allow grants to European Students to attend the 50th ICACC (International Conference and Expo on Advanced Ceramics and Composites) that will be held from 25th to 30th January 2026 in Daytona Beach - Florida - United States!
