2026 ECerS International Ceramist Student Exchange Program – 3rd call!
In the frame of the 2026 ECerS International Student exchange program, ECerS is opening a call to allow grants to European students and post-docs to attend the Fall Meeting of the Korean Ceramic Society (COEX) in Seoul, Korea, from 30th September to 2nd October 2026.
This third call is dedicated to European students and post-docs wishing to attend the KCerS Fall Meeting and to present a talk, preferably in the area of Innovative Ceramic Materials and Technologies for Energy and Environmental Applications, during the ECerS-KCerS Joint Symposium for Excellent Graduate Students & Post-docs that will be organised during the conference.
The purpose of the 2026 ECerS International Ceramist Student Exchange Program Grant awarded by ECerS with the financial support of the JECS Trust is to help 30 European students and post-docs to participate in events (schools, conferences, workshops, etc.) organised by other Ceramic Societies from all around the world with whom ECerS collaborates.
A Grant of 1.200 € will be awarded to the selected students. 50% of the support will be paid to the students before the travel and the remaining 50% will be paid after receipt of the proof of attendance and presentation given by the local event organizer.

We also ask you to send us an abstract for your oral presentation (150 words maximum) as part of your application.
Applications must be sent by email to the ECerS secretariat (contact@ecers.org) - applications which are not complete will be desk rejected.
